Laser Resurfacing
The new SmartXide Dot Laser therapy works to restore skin texture and color. It reduces fine lines, wrinkles, skin abnormalities such as hyper or hypopigmentation, sun spots and can help smoothe acne scarring. All these factors tend to age a persons appearance.
Depending on the degree of damage on your face, you may require multiple treatments over a period of time. Acne scarring is more difficult to treat, but it will overall make your face look healthier and smoother. Laser resurfacing can help enhance your appearance and self-confidence, but it may not completely remove all flaws. The results are long-lasting but not permanent. Multiple treatments would be recommended to achieve the best results.
This new technology allows for this procedure to be done without sedation. You will have a numbing creme applied which will make the treatment more comfortable. The treatment takes about 20-30 minutes and has about a 5-day downtime.
